Casa Oso Rojo started construction in August on parcel #6 and was completed in December 2004. Designed to combine tropical living with North American comforts, this unique house will be available for rental starting in February 2005.
Construction for four (4) new single family homes is currently in progress on parcel #11 (lots 1,2,3 & 4) and will be completed by September 2005. The new homes were designed by Daniel Gonzales and are being built by Mega Construcionnes S.A.
