Private Marina

The private marina slips in Puerto Azul have been designed to offer all the amenities and services needed in a modern private marina on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. The delivery date is estimated for March of 2007. It consists of 90 private slips for boats that range up to 60 feet in length and will offer the services of water, electricity, and wireless Internet. They will also receive residual water. Puerto Azul will be the second private marina in its class located on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.

Spa

Spa service will be offered through Puerto Azul's Boutique Hotel. All the owners and their visitors will be able to use the services of this World Class Health Spa that will provide massages, relaxation exercises, meditation, and others. Each service will have a reasonable and accessible fee for both owners and visitors of Puerto Azul. The health spa will be located at the front of the east side of Building 1 in Puerto Azul.

Commercial Area

Puerto Azul will offer a commercial area with 44 spaces for businesses, convenience stores, and services for the private marina. The commercial area of Puerto Azul will also include 4 world class restaurants where you will be able to enjoy an exquisite breakfast, lunch, or dinner and even enjoy a relaxing drink or maybe an ice cream surrounded by palm trees and tropical gardens. This area will be located on the first level of the buildings in Puerto Azul.

Swimming Pools

In Puerto Azul the pools are made for all to delight from. Only a few steps away from the private marina, surrounded by an artificial beach of white sand, the great 8,000 sq ft pool of Puerto Azul will offer the possibility to enjoy the morning or afternoon sun, watch a new boat arrive at the private marina, meet new friends, and feel a definite comfort surrounded by the tropic and the pleasant temperature of the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica but the fun doesn't stop there! The terrace connects all the second levels of the Puerto Azul buildings, so the owners will be able to use the two exclusive breath-taking pools just for them and their authorized visitors. The first one will be located between building 1 and 2; the second pool will be between buildings 3 and 4 of Puerto Azul.

Tennis

Puerto Azul will offer two tennis courts with a professional level fast surface to be able to play, compete, or enjoy with friends. You will only have to reserve your turn to delight from an exciting game in a magnificent environment just a few steps away from the Puerto Azul private marina. The tennis courts will be located at the front of the east side of Building 1 in Puerto Azul.
