The Rio Cottages are located on the tree-lined boulevard that connects the Town Square tot he Golf Clubhouse. The 1,500 ft two level homes have generous outdoor living spaces that engage the natural landscape of the river front forest location.
Cottage residents are a short walk from the amenities of the Town Square. While at the same time the sounds of flowing water and nature can be enjoyed from the porch/balcony that is attached to each unit.
Type 1

This plan type has three bedroom suites with attached bathrooms and a den/study loft that overlooks the double volume living room.
The 'L' shaped veranda on the lower level is accessible from all four habitable spaces: living, kitchen, dining, and bedroom. A private balcony is accessible to the bedrooms and study on the upper level.
Two of the three bathrooms have soaking tubs with separate glass enclosed showers.
The entry elevation is designed to be more opaque, offering a high degree of privacy, whereas the river front elevation is predominantly transparent and opens to spectacular views of the natural surroundings.
Type 2

Similar to Type 1, this type has 2 bedroom suites with attached bathrooms and a large sleeping loft that overlooks the double volume living room. This flexible space may be used as an extra bedroom, a study, or a playroom.
The 'L' shaped veranda in Type 2 has an entry gate on the street elevation (shown as an arched opening in the elevation, lower right).
The lifestyle at Del Pacifico encourages a strong connection to the outdoors. In addition to the veranda on the lower floor, a private balcony is provided off the Upper Level bedroom.
Type 3

This two-story cottage is designed with generously proportioned rooms. The public spaces are located on the upper level while the private spaces, such as the bedrooms, are on the ground level.
The cottage has entries on two opposite sides into a foyer on the ground level. The wrap around veranda protects the entry from inclement weather. A wide staircase adjacent to the foyer facilitates movement to the upper level.
